To all our Customers

This last 2 months, our area of Idaho has been hit with several massive snow storms, (25.5 foot so far). Aside from the struggle we have had with digging out, being stuck for days at a time, roof collapses and communication glitches, we have had allot of delays in our supply deliveries. I am sorry that we are so back logged, in getting all the orders out, but we are finally starting to catch up.

"Except for my brilliant Tech team, I am still running the business single-handed. This means it may take up to two 3 to 4 weeks for me to get your order out. Not to mention the HUNDREDS of e-mails and tons of phone calls I need to reply to. So DO NOT CALL or E-MAIL me to complain that your order isn't at your house in 3 days!

If you haven't received it in 5 weeks, OK, Please let me know because I do get post office screw ups that I re-ship, So PLEASE folks, bear with me. I want to keep this a small business where you can still talk to the owner and not have to raise all the prices so I can hire workers to appease the impatient. Thank you for your understanding."
